Confirm your account and device before you start
Before configuring the service, confirm that the device can access the VPNBK user panel normally, and prepare a username and password used only for this service. VPNBK does not require an email address when creating an account; these credentials are used to sign in later, view orders, and get your subscription. Save the password in a trusted password manager so you can still access the account after changing devices.
The client and subscription are separate components: the client establishes the network connection on your device, while the subscription provides available routes and configuration to the client. Installing the client alone will not show any routes, and copying a subscription will not establish a connection automatically. The next steps complete the order first, retrieve the subscription from the user panel, and then import it into the client. This order helps avoid repeated work.
If a similar client is already installed on the device, first check whether it contains configurations you still need. Importing a VPNBK subscription usually does not require entering server details manually, but save anything you need before removing old configurations. Create an account and open the user panel
Open the account creation page, enter the username and password you prepared, check the details, and submit. No email address is required here. After the account is created, the page will open the user panel or prompt you to return to the sign-in page. If you return to sign-in, use the username and password you just set—do not create another account, or your orders and subscription may be split between accounts.
After entering the panel, first check that the account overview loads normally. A new account without a selected plan may not yet show copyable active content in the subscription area; this is expected. Do not look for a link in the page source or elsewhere. The subscription is delivered through the user panel after the order takes effect.
Your username and password manage plans, orders, and subscriptions, so avoid saving the sign-in state on shared devices. If the browser autofills credentials from another site, clear them before entering yours. Creating an account is only the first step; you still need to choose a plan in the same user panel to receive usable data.
Choose a plan and place your order
In the user panel’s plans area, first distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, and remain valid until used without expiring. If you use the service regularly and want a new allowance each month, compare monthly subscriptions. If usage varies and you want the balance to remain available long term, review the data packages.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Then choose an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the user panel and wait for the order status to update. Do not create the same order repeatedly during payment. If the page does not change promptly, return to the orders area and check the current record instead of submitting again.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you are unsure how much data you need, start with the tier that matches your current usage and adjust later if necessary. All plans support unlimited devices, and first-time users are covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Get your subscription from the user panel
After the order takes effect, open the account overview in the user panel and find the active subscription. The page usually offers an option to copy the subscription or import it into a client. Use the panel’s copy button whenever possible: manually selecting the text can omit characters or include surrounding instructions. Keep the page open for now; the next step is to get the client for your device.
The subscription link is account-delivery information, and its identifier lets the client read the routes available to your account. Do not publish the link on a public page or share it between accounts. This guide does not display a real subscription address. If you need to understand its appearance, treat the content below as a format example only; it does not connect to VPNBK and contains no valid credentials.

If the client cannot read it after you paste it, return to the overview and copy it again, then confirm that the order is still active. Repeated manual edits usually make troubleshooting harder. Import the subscription into clients on each platform
Keep the subscription copied, open the client downloads area in the user panel, and choose the client provided for your device. All client links are provided through the user panel; this page does not host static installer URLs. After installation, look for an entry such as “Add Subscription,” “Import from URL,” or “Remote Configuration,” and add the subscription as a remote configuration instead of entering server parameters one by one.
Windows
On Windows, install the desktop client provided in the user panel and open the subscription or configuration manager. Choose Import from URL, paste the copied subscription into the field, and give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name. Confirm and run a subscription update, then wait for the route list to appear. Return to the main screen and choose a route, but leave advanced rules and protocol settings unchanged for now so the first connection uses the default configuration.
macOS
On macOS, the subscription entry is usually found under the menu bar icon, configuration manager, or subscription management page. After installation, follow the system prompts to confirm any required permissions, then choose the option to add a remote configuration from a link. Paste and update the subscription, then check that the route list has loaded. If macOS asks for network configuration permission again, confirm that the request comes from the newly installed client and continue. For your first connection, avoid changing system proxy, routing, and startup options at the same time; verifying the basic connection first makes issues easier to isolate.
Android
On Android, get the appropriate client from the user panel and open its configuration, subscription, or profile page. Choose import by link, paste the subscription, save it, and tap update or refresh. Once the route list appears, return to the connection page and select a route. The first connection will show a system authorization prompt for network access. Confirm it so the client can create the connection; if you cancel, tap connect again and authorize it.
iOS
On iOS, start the client download process from the user panel and follow the installation instructions shown there. In the client, paste the subscription through the subscription, remote configuration, or URL import entry, then save and update the routes. When connecting for the first time, iOS will ask to allow a network configuration to be added. Confirm it and return to the client. If the routes are imported but the connect button does not work, check that system authorization is complete, then select the route again instead of adding the same subscription twice.
On every platform, a successful import means the client can update the route list and let you choose a route from it. If you see only a subscription name with no routes, run a manual update first. If the update still fails, return to the account overview and copy the link again. When client labels differ substantially, check the Help Center for the entry point on your platform.
Choose a route and verify the connection
After the route list updates, choose a route based on the region of the service you want to use. For region-specific content, the exit region should match the service’s requirements. For general browsing, start with a nearby route that provides a stable connection. VPNBK covers 110+ countries with 150+ routes, so you do not need to test every option during initial setup; use one clear goal to verify the connection first.
Select a route, click the client’s connection switch, and wait for the status to change to connected. The first connection may trigger a system permission prompt; confirm it and return to the client to check the status. Do not run multiple similar clients or frequently change system network settings at the same time, or it will be difficult to tell which program is managing the connection. If an older client is running, disconnect it first.
After the connection shows as successful, open the network check page and compare the current exit details with the network status before connecting. The exit region should match the selected route’s expected region. Then open the website or app you actually plan to use for a final check. A client status of “Connected” alone is not enough; the exit check and access to the target service should both work before initial setup is considered complete.
If the exit details do not change, disconnect and reconnect to the same route. If they still do not change, confirm that the client has enabled the system connection rather than only updating the subscription. If a connection is established but the target service remains unavailable, update the subscription and try another route in the target region. Change only one setting at a time during troubleshooting so you can distinguish issues caused by the subscription, route, permissions, or the target service’s regional requirements.
Daily use and ongoing maintenance
After the first connection, daily use can stay simple: open the client when needed, update the subscription, choose a route, and connect; disconnect when finished if needed. Routes in the subscription may change as the service configuration is updated. If the route list looks abnormal or the client has not been used for a long time, update the subscription before reinstalling the client. Get the client again only when the client itself will not start, system permissions are damaged, or the version is clearly incompatible.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data packages remain available until the allowance is used. To change a monthly subscription, check the current plan and order status in the user panel; a mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days. Multiple devices can use the subscription delivered to the same account, but keep the subscription only on devices and clients you manage.
