TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the cross-border network access and international route subscription services provided by VPNBK. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

VPNBK provides subscription services designed to optimize cross-border access routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Services include subscription delivery, access to international routes, account management, client download access, and necessary usage support. Available routes may change according to network conditions, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.

VPNBK currently covers 110+ countries / 150+ routes. This range describes overall service capacity and does not mean every route performs identically in all regions, network environments, or devices. Users should select routes according to their location, access target, and application type, and independently confirm the regional policies and usage conditions of third-party websites or applications.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route use, and other activity carried out through their accounts. Account risks resulting from voluntarily disclosing credentials, using a weak password, or failing to secure a device are the user's responsibility.

There is no device limit for a single account, which may be used on compatible devices personally owned or managed by the user. An unlimited device count does not permit public account sharing, subscription splitting, access resale, or any other form of service reselling. Subscriptions are for the purchaser and their reasonable management scope only and may not be used to operate an unauthorized sharing service. If abnormal sharing, bulk resale, or activity clearly beyond normal use is detected, VPNBK may request verification of account activity and take necessary restrictions.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and payment details before placing an order. Order results are based on the records in the user panel.

Acceptable Use Requirements

When using VPNBK, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the relevant service regions, as well as the rules of the websites, platforms, and applications they access. Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe the lawful rights of others, or interfere with the normal operation of networks, systems, accounts, or data.

The service may not be used to distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, conduct malicious scanning, send harmful programs, infringe intellectual property, disrupt another person's service, or engage in other activities prohibited by law. Upon receiving a valid legal request or rights complaint, or finding clear misuse, VPNBK may investigate, restrict, or terminate the relevant account or connection.

Service Availability and Liability

Cross-border routes may be affected by local carriers, international gateways, destination service policies, device settings, system permissions, and temporary maintenance. VPNBK will schedule and maintain routes according to operating conditions, but does not make a fixed commitment to continuous availability for any particular route at any time, location, or network environment, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted access to every third-party service.

Users are responsible for maintaining their devices, operating systems, and client environments, and should preserve necessary data and configurations before important operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNBK is not liable beyond the service fees already paid for interruptions, access changes, or indirect losses caused by third-party platform changes, public network failures, user configuration errors, device problems, or other causes beyond VPNBK's reasonable control.

Refunds, Restrictions, and Account Termination

A full refund without cause may be requested within 14 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with the relevant order information so that payment records and subscription status can be verified. Refunds will be processed using the payment record associated with the original order; Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT orders are subject to the actual verification result.

Users may stop purchasing additional subscriptions. If an account involves resale, public sharing, unlawful use, disruption of service operation, false order information, or another serious violation of these terms, VPNBK may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account as appropriate. Before or after such action, relevant facts, order details, and usage records may be used for necessary security verification, dispute handling, and compliance with legal obligations.

Changes and Application of These Terms

VPNBK may update these terms in response to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rules. Important changes will be announced on the website or in the user panel and will identify the update month. Updated terms apply from the effective arrangement stated in the announcement. Continued use of the service after an update indicates that the user has read and accepted the changes.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Disputes concerning orders, refunds, or account status should first be checked and handled using the order records in the user panel, payment records, these terms, and applicable law.
